DALLAS, TEXAS – December 20, 2018 Lincoln Property Company (LPC) announced it has assumed property management of 500 E John Carpenter Freeway, a 203,000-square-foot, Class-A office building in Irving.
The property, located at the intersection of Highway 114 and Rochelle Drive, includes 2 office buildings and a 3.2-acre tract of land adjacent to the property, all of which were recently acquired by KOA Partners. The almost fully-leased property, underwent extensive renovations under the previous owner in 2012.
Interest from both hospitality and office tenants has led KOA to develop a third building on the adjoining, vacant tract of land. A prospective 200,000-square-foot building with a potential investment of $50 million is currently in the early design stage with architects Perkins + Will. “We are excited to be part of the continued growth in Las Colinas and the broader North Texas market,” says Harry Lake, CEO with KOA Partners. “500 EJC provides us an excellent opportunity to deliver a strong value proposition to the tenants we serve and we are excited to have LPC helping us to provide best-in-class property management services.”
